Bullock Museum – Got kids? Check out the summer programs at the Bullock Museum. Special exhibits, craft programs and a Summer Family Film Series will run throughout the summer. Toy Story 4 is playing at the IMAX® through July 1. The museum’s parking garage is on 18th Street and can be most easily accessed from Colorado street. Do not park in Parking Lot 19 which is for the exclusive use of buses visiting the Bullock Museum. Blanton Museum of Art – Enjoy ‘Friday Late Till 8’ at the Blanton every Friday through July 26. Spend the evening with live music and interesting presentations. Waller Creek Conservancy – Make plans to spend the evening of June 27 at Symphony Square, 1111 Red River street, for “KLRU Next Nights: Chasing the Moon”. This will be a far-out night celebrating Chasing the Moon: PBS’s look at the first moon landing’s 50th anniversary, this summer. Cool off with cosmic ice cream from Lick and enjoy queso from Kerbey Lane. Explore the Milky Way via a telescope and an astronomer from Astronomy on Tap ATX as your guide.
