Traffic Disruptions November 20, 2020

Lane closures on MLK Blvd. – Be careful traveling eastbound on MLK Bvd. through the rest of the month, as there will be various lane closures. MLK Blvd. between Congress Avenue and Brazos will only have one eastbound open lane.

San Jacinto and 17th Street – The left lane of San Jacinto will be closed from the Central Services Building parking lot, through the intersection of 17th Street to the front door of Scholz Garten from now through November 26th for utility construction. The southern crosswalk at San Jacinto and 17th (in front of Scholz) will also be closed.

Now open – 18th Street between San Jacinto and Brazos: The construction gate at Brazos and 18th Street remains busy with construction delivery vehicles and construction workers entering and exiting the site. Drive slowly in this area as you access the William B. Travis Building, Employee Retirement System Building or Garage R.
